WE'RE A FAMILY THAT...
loves themed birthday parties, matching Halloween costumes, reading aloud, testing out every local ice cream shop, having weekly game nights with family and adventuring around Utah with our close group of friends. We value our faith and being kind. We love having close family relationships and hope all of our kids will feel loved, supported and able to be themselves.
KYLE
Hey! I'm Kyle. I was born in 1989 and have lived in Utah my whole life except for 2 years when I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ in Virginia. I have a BA in Music - I play the french horn. Even though I love music, I chose to pursue a different career path to provide a stable life for my family after I married Claiborne in 2012. I am a software developer and I work for the State. I love playing sports and watching football. I love things with motors - I am an avid car enthusiast. It's one of my dreams to own a corvette someday. I also love motorcycles, 4-Wheelers, boats and snowmobiles. I love to be outside riding anything, especially when Clai and the kids come with me!

From Claiborne: Kyle is a wonderful husband and father. He always puts me and the kids first in his life and prioritizes our happiness. He is a hard worker and very smart. I've always admired his ability to learn things quickly. Kyle is so funny and loves to be goofy around his family and friends. He makes me laugh every single day and I love that he helps me see the bright side of things and to laugh even when things are hard. He is truly my best friend and I love his big heart!
CLAIBORNE
Hi there! My name is Claiborne. I was born in 1992 and like Kyle, I have also lived in Utah my whole life. I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in English. I LOVE to read - especially Harry Potter and English classics, but I also enjoy some good chick lit. I love being a stay at home mom. I homeschool our kids and I love that I get to spend so much time with them learning and growing and exploring the world. Going on adventures with Kyle, our kids and our dog is my favorite thing to do! Whether it's going to Disneyland (my home away from home!) or going 4-Wheeling in Nephi, I just love to be with my family. I also love art, reading (especially Harry Potter and English classics), hiking and making cookies to satisfy my massive sweet tooth!

From Kyle: Clai was born to be a mom. Ever since we met, she has wanted to spend her life loving and raising children, including adopting. She is sweet, sincere, and protective. She loves her family and puts me and the kids before anything else in her life. She is the best wife and mother in the world!
OUR CHILDREN
Ambree, Benson and Callie
Ambree was born in 2013. She LOVES to have fun and is always the life of the party. She is a caring big sister and always makes sure her brother and sister are taken care of. She loves learning about animals, attending her tumbling class, doing art projects and spending time with friends.

Benson was born in 2015. He is energetic and determined. He is also fiercely loyal to his family and loves a good adventure. Just like his daddy, he loves cars and riding 4-wheelers. He loves to jump and climb and do "tricks." He's always on the move and is a great problem solver.

Callie was born in 2016. She is very sweet and has a big personality. She loves Minnie Mouse and her blanket. She loves to be with her family and is completely obsessed with babies!
KAL
Our Dog
This is our dog, Kal! He's a labradoodle and we got him in 2015 when he was a puppy. He is the sweetest dog EVER. He is so patient with our kids. Kal happily goes along with all of the kids' games and takes turns sleeping in each of their rooms every night. He is an important part of our family and we love taking him as many places with us as we can!

Favorite treat: ANYTHING. But maybe especially the food that I sneak from the table when mom and dad aren't looking.
ALBUS AND MINERVA
Our Cats
Our cats, Albus and Minerva, are sweet and playful. (And yes, they were named after Harry Potter characters...haha)Â They are just babies now, but they will live outside and catch mice in our yard. They were born in 2020 and we love having them around!
WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT
The most important things to us are our faith and our family. We actively participate and volunteer at our church and hope to teach our children about the gospel of Jesus Christ and how to serve others. We value being together as a family and helping our children to try their very best. We hope to be able to show them how to find joy every day in the simple things that make life wonderful. It is our greatest desire to give our children a solid and supportive family as a foundation and to make a lot of fun and meaningful memories as they grow up. We are excited at the prospect of adding more children to our family. We hope that our children will all love having close sibling relationships and that they will learn how to work hard, have fun, have faith in God and become successful adults who can pursue their dreams.
